Parish Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council advises the pastor in developing broad directions and priorities for the future in light of expressed needs, designs flexible strategies that will accomplish the priorities, ensures the implementation of the strategies, and evaluates the progress in achieving the priorities.
The Pastoral Council consists of representative from each parish commission and members at large appointed by the pastor.
Pastoral Council Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every other month (except where noted) at 6:00 pm in Marillac Parlor. All meetings are open to interested parishioners.

Parish Finance Council
The Parish Finance Council is the consultative group which assists the pastor in carrying out the material administration of the parish. it has the obligation of planning, and supervising the financial affairs and physical properties of the parish. The Finance Council is concerned with Parish resources, the budget, church support, and the effective utilization and maintenance of the parish plant.
Finance Council members are appointed by the pastor.
Finance Council Meetings are held on the dates below in Marillac Parlour at 7:30 a.m. All interested parishioners are invited to attend.

Commissions:
All Commissions will meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. The Commissions, their members, and meeting places are listed below. All interested parishioners are invited to attend the commission meetings.
Administration Commission - Buildings and Special Projects : makes recommendations regarding the use of and maintenance of facilities, and methods to reduce cost of utilities; works on special projects with other commissions and the Pastor.

Parish Community Life Commission: offers an avenue to develop better relationships within our parish and creates opportunities for families to participate in parish life. Provides ways for parishioners to develop supportive relationships with each other and builds community within the church by sponsoring programs that promote and strengthen parish and family life. This commission meets in the Pastoral Center Conference Room.

Worship and Spiritual Life Commission: provides parishioners a dynamic and prayerful setting essential to public worship, the liturgical ministries, and Catholic spirituality.
